Derek is now a partner in MRM Associates having worked for the company as a contractor since 2008. He brings a diverse background to MRM that includes many stops at live theatres across Canada—Victoria, Calgary, Regina, and Halifax—as a stage/scenic carpenter, and a stint as a corporate sales and marketing analyst.
His attention to detail, technical know-how, and business experience have allowed him to take over the day-to-day and technical operations of MRM Associates. He also performs other key roles: picture researcher and permissions editor.
